ABOUT US

Deakin Property Services was organized in August 2003 to independently manage and operate commercial property owners’ associations which includes the maintenance and operation of the common areas for the membership of the associations. Currently, Deakin Property Services manages nineteen (19) commercial property owners associations in Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk counties.  In total, properties managed total over 1600 net buildable acres with budgets totaling over $3 million in annual common area operating expenses, capital improvement reserves and roadway resurfacing reserves.

Other specialized property management projects include:

• the management of 75,000 sf of industrial flex space in Tampa,
• the management of two retail centers in Wesley Chapel,
• the management of one retail center in Tampa,
• the management of 12 residential apartment units in Tampa.
